William R. Holstine, President/CEO
Bill is a founding managing member of M1 and serves as the President/CEO and Investment manager of MONOPOLY 1, LLC. Bill is also currently the largest share member of M1. Prior to establishing M1, Bill managed real estate portfolios at Quad Cities Housing, LLC, Waterman Property Development, Inc., and Western Property Development, Inc. In addition to M1, he currently serves in the U.S. Army as an Engineer Officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel where he has extensive experience in project management, contracting, construction, and leadership. Bill has also worked as an investment advisor for both individual investors and small business owners over the past 20 years.
Woodrow W. Friel, SVP of Property Management
Woodrow is a founding managing member of M1 and serves as the SVP of Property Management. Woodrow is a life-long resident of the Joplin, MO area. He knows the real estate market and has developed strategic business relationships within our target market. As a lead counselor for Ozark Center, Woodrow has extensive experience in customer relations, personal counseling, and over the past 18 years has worked with many state and county housing authorities as well as local property management companies in providing living accomodations for clients of Ozark Center.
Jon Gossett, VP of Information Technology
Jon has served as the VP of Information Technology since the inception of the company in 2006. In addition, Jon is employed by ADOBE Systems Inc. where he serves as a Senior Level professional with 15+ years of experience helping to sell a vast array of technologies such as Data Aggregation, Enterprise Application Integration, Document and Content Management, and Graphic Rich Media solutions to Fortune 500 level customers. Jon brings significant experience in technology ideas and solutions to M1.
Kimberly B. Holstine, Advisory Board member
Kimberly has served as the unofficial editor, consultant, and advisor to the President of M1 since inception. A Certified Public Accountant, Kim has worked for the last 18 years in several different arenas including public accounting, private industry, and, for the last 13 years, small entrepreneurial businesses. She is currently retired from the corporate world and is a full-time mom to her and Bill's three children.
Vanessa Horn, Advisory Board member
Vanessa serves on the Public Relations and Media Communications team and has been a share member of M1 since 2008. Vanessa has extensive experience in marketing communications – creative message development, media relations, merger and crisis communications, web development, digital media, video, various internal and external stakeholder communications, and event management. In addition, Vanessa's experience in business and consumer media campaigns will be vital as she brings current and effective ideas to the Public relations and media communications team on M1's Adviosry board.
Travis Owsley, Advisory Board member
Travis serves on the Investor Relations team and has been a share member of M1 since 2010. Travis graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. As a member of the Investor relations team, Travis brings a fresh perspective on what our current share members desire from a real estate investment and what future share members are looking for. He'll use his perspective to develop new ideas to attract and retain share members in the future. Today, he serves in the U.S. Army as an Aviation Officer with the rank of Captain.
Justin Stewart, Advisory Board member
Justin serves on the Investor Relations team and has been a share member of M1 since 2009. Justin represents our “ideal” share member and we will leverage his perspective in developing our share member growth campaign and improving our Investor Relations. Additionally, Justin has worked as a property manager in the past and comes from a family background of property ownership and investment as his father is a real estate broker and property manager. Justin graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and today serves as an Aviation Officer with the rank of Captain in the United States Army and is part of the 1st Infantry Division stationed at Fort Riley Kansas.
Toni Trigiani, Advisory Board member
Toni serves on the Property Management team and volunteers her service as a nonmember of M1. Toni Trigiani has over 25 years of commercial and residential real estate experience. She began her career working in the Treasury and Accounting departments of Merrill Lynch Hubbard. She then joined a REIT and gained experience in Property and Asset Management. She eventually returned to her financial roots when she helped a private real estate investment company convert to a REIT and served as its Chief Financial Officer for five years. She has taken that financial experience to other industries including the internet. Toni owns her own consultancy helping firms and individuals by providing overall business guidance including business plans and operating budgets. She also handles all business aspects for her family's business - residential real estate development and management.
